    Iraqi people suffered a lot as a result of their stands to keep oil under people control and for the benefit of the people of Iraq.

    That is, whether Iraq’s oil will remain nationalised or not. Of course all foreigners wish to see Iraq’s oil resources privatised, that is natural, but I do hope that in the future they don’t try to sugar coat it by claiming that they want the best for Iraq.

    Of course shahristani failed to increase oil EXPORT significantly, but there are many legitimate reasons for that.

    I do hope that Israel does not bomb the iranian light water nuclear reactor, since a modern LWR has no part to play in a nuclear weapons programme (I do hope the IDF boys understand this better than you), but of course if Israel can destroy Iran’s heavy water, nuclear reprocessing and uranium centrifuge enrichment programme (that CAN be used to produce materials for a nuclear weapon), then it would be good for the long term peace of the region and is nuclear-free status (with the glaring exception of israel of course.
